Return & Exchanges

At MultiTool Warehouse, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items showing signs of misuse or modification

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at business@multitoolwarehouse.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Note: Do not send any items back without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different variant (e.g., size or model) if available.

  • If the desired replacement is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or full refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.

  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at business@multitoolwarehouse.com.
