1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Standard delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.


3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress through the carrier’s website.

  • If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at business@multitoolwarehouse.com.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

  • We will assist with filing claims and arranging replacements or refunds where eligible


7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder:

  • Estimated shipping times will be noted on the product page

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available, unless otherwise requested
